- ・To provide Japanese-language education services and other educational instruction, class administration, student management, and related services
- ・To provide job information, assist with applications, or provide employment placement services
- ・To provide information to accepting organizations (including prospective organizations)

- ・To support procedures relating to the status of residence (including submitting documents to government authorities)
- ・To provide support services for Specified Skilled Workers
- ・To provide support related to inviting engineers to Japan (including introductions and coordination with accepting organizations)

- ・To register and match individuals for work as dispatched workers and provide their information to dispatch clients
(2) Companies and Business Partners
- ・To provide recruitment placement, hiring support, and other Company services
- ・To conclude and perform contracts, issue invoices, and conduct other business communications
(3) Employees and Job Applicants
- ・To provide information, contact, and notices to applicants
- ・To conduct recruitment screening and make hiring decisions
- ・For personnel and labor management after joining the Company (including payroll, employment insurance and social insurance procedures, employee benefits, occupational safety and health, and health management) and for business communications

(4) Common Purposes

3. Provision to Third Parties
For the purposes below, the Company provides personal data at the time of registration, application, enrollment, or similar action to domestic third parties identified in the recipient descriptions below. Except with the individual's consent or as otherwise permitted by law, the Company will not provide personal data to third parties.

4. Joint Use
The Company jointly uses personal data with domestic group companies with which it has capital relationships,
as described below.

Name, contact details, nationality, status of residence, employment history, educational background, facial photograph, documents verifying the individual's identity, documents submitted to the Immigration Services Agency, and other personal information obtained by the Company

5. Provision to Third Parties Located Outside Japan
The Company may provide personal data to businesses located outside Japan in the following cases.

6. Outsourcing
Within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use, the Company may outsource all or part of its operations
to external contractors. When outsourcing, the Company selects appropriate contractors based on its selection criteria

periodically monitors how contractors handle personal data
and otherwise supervises them in accordance with the security control measures specified in Article 7.
If a contractor subcontracts any work,
the Company will ensure that equivalent supervision is exercised over the subcontractor through the contractor.
7. Security Control Measures
The Company implements the following security control measures.

Establishment of a personal information protection manager, clarification of the scope of employees handling personal information, establishment of
a reporting system for violations, and development of an ongoing management framework, including contractor supervision (Article 6)
(2) Personnel Security Control Measures
Employee training and strict confidentiality requirements in work rules and related policies
(3) Physical Security Control Measures
Access control for areas where personal information is handled, locked storage of documents and recording media, and other
measures necessary to prevent theft, loss, leakage, and similar incidents
(4) Technical Security Control Measures
Access controls, communication encryption, and mechanisms to protect against unauthorized access and other threats
(5) Understanding the External Environment
When handling personal data in a foreign country (including handling by overseas contractors, partners, or
group companies), the Company will understand the systems of that country
and implement necessary measures. Information on the countries concerned and specific measures will be provided upon request
